What Is the One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set?

The one piece 3rd anniversary set is a special commemorative product celebrating the third anniversary of the ONE PIECE CARD GAME’s English version.

Rather than functioning like a regular expansion set, the product is designed as a premium anniversary collection. The official Japanese anniversary product also uses the anniversary format of exclusive promotional cards and premium accessories, while the English-language version is specifically themed around the Three Brothers.

The English product contains:

• 1 Leather Card Case
• 3 Leader Cards
• 4 Character Cards
• 10 DON!! Cards
• 1 Storage Box

These contents make the set particularly different from a standard booster box. There are no booster packs to open and no large randomized card pool. Instead, the collector receives a carefully selected anniversary package.

Why the Third Anniversary Is Important

Anniversary products have a special place in any trading card game.

A regular booster set is primarily designed to expand gameplay. An anniversary product is also a historical collectible. It marks a specific stage in the development of the game and gives collectors something directly associated with that milestone.

The third anniversary is particularly meaningful for the English-language version because the product celebrates the growth of the English ONE PIECE CARD GAME community.

For collectors, the set therefore represents both the One Piece franchise and the history of the TCG itself.

The Bond of the Three Brothers

The defining theme of the one piece 3rd anniversary set english is the relationship between Portgas D. Ace, Sabo, and Monkey D. Luffy.

The Three Brothers are among the most emotionally significant characters in the One Piece story. Their shared history, individual journeys, and connection through inherited will make them a natural theme for an anniversary collection.

The English anniversary set uses this relationship as the foundation for its card and accessory designs. Retail descriptions specifically identify the product as a luxury set celebrating the English anniversary and featuring the Three Brothers.

Ace, Sabo, and Luffy

Each brother represents a different part of the story.

Luffy continues toward his dream of becoming Pirate King. Ace’s story remains one of the most emotional arcs in the series, while Sabo carries forward Ace’s memory and the inherited will connecting the brothers.

Using the Three Brothers as the central theme gives the set more meaning than simply featuring three popular characters.

The cards visually connect their individual identities with the idea of family, friendship, memory, and inherited ambition.

That makes the anniversary set particularly attractive to collectors who value the story behind their cards.

One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set English: What Is Included?

The one piece 3rd anniversary set english contains several different components, each designed around the same anniversary concept.

Three Leader Cards

The set includes three Leader Cards, representing Ace, Sabo, and Luffy.

These are not simply ordinary Leader cards pulled from booster packs. They are specially designed anniversary cards created for this commemorative product.

The designs emphasize the signature techniques associated with each brother, giving the cards an especially distinctive visual identity. Retail product information describes Ace with Flame Emperor, Sabo with Flame Dragon King, and Luffy with Red Hawk, with red foil treatments used throughout the designs.

This makes the three Leaders one of the most important reasons to purchase the set.

Four Character Cards

The set also contains four Character Cards.

These cards continue the Three Brothers theme and are designed around the relationships and allies connected to them.

Rather than functioning simply as four additional cards, they contribute to the larger commemorative artwork of the collection.

Ten DON!! Cards

The product includes 10 DON!! Cards featuring an anniversary design.

DON!! cards are an essential component of gameplay because they represent the resource system used during matches, but special DON!! designs can also become collectibles in their own right.

The anniversary versions provide players with a way to bring the commemorative theme directly into their decks.

The Leather Card Case

One of the most distinctive physical accessories in the one piece 3rd anniversary set is the leather card case.

The case gives the product a premium character that distinguishes it from ordinary card accessories.

Designed Around the Three Brothers

The card case is presented in a red color associated with Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, and product information describes additional artwork on the inside.

This creates a direct connection between the physical accessory and the cards included in the collection.

Practical Collector Accessory

Although the card case is designed as a commemorative item, it also has practical value for players.

It can be used to store and transport cards while adding a premium accessory to an active ONE PIECE CARD GAME collection.

For collectors who prefer to keep anniversary accessories together with their cards, the case can also become part of the display.

The Special Storage Box

The second major physical accessory is the storage box.

Storage is an important part of trading card collecting because collectors need a safe place for decks, promotional cards, accessories, and other products.

The anniversary storage box is more than a generic container.

Product descriptions identify textured foil and artwork designed around the bonds connecting the three brothers.

Designed for Display as Well as Storage

A standard card storage box usually has one job: protect cards.

An anniversary storage box can serve a second function.

Its artwork and commemorative design allow it to become part of the collection itself.

For collectors displaying sealed products, accessories, or memorabilia, this makes the storage box an important element of the overall set.

Why Collectors Want the One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set

The appeal of the set comes from several factors working together.

Exclusive Card Designs

The cards are created specifically for the anniversary product rather than being standard booster-pack pulls.

Iconic Characters

Ace, Sabo, and Luffy are among the most recognizable and emotionally significant characters in One Piece.

Premium Accessories

The leather card case and anniversary storage box provide physical collectibles beyond the cards themselves.

English-Language Collectibility

The set is specifically produced for the English version of the ONE PIECE CARD GAME, making it relevant to English-language collectors.

Anniversary Significance

The product represents a specific milestone in the history of the game.

These factors give the set appeal beyond its immediate gameplay value.

One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set English Release Information

The English version is currently listed with a release date of August 28, 2026 by multiple retailers. As with any preorder collectible, availability and fulfillment can vary by retailer.

Some retailers have listed the product as a preorder or sold-out preorder allocation, which reflects the interest surrounding the anniversary release.

Collectors should therefore verify the seller’s availability, allocation policy, and expected delivery date before purchasing.

English Version Versus Other Anniversary Releases

It is important to distinguish the English third-anniversary product from other regional anniversary products.

The Japanese 3rd Anniversary set has a broader accessory configuration listed by the official Bandai site, including a leather storage box, leather card case, power counters, sleeves, promotional cards, and DON!! Cards.

The English version has its own announced configuration centered around the Three Brothers:

• Leather Card Case
• 3 Leader Cards
• 4 Character Cards
• 10 DON!! Cards
• Storage Box

That distinction is particularly important for collectors comparing listings across international stores.

Building a Three Brothers Collection

The anniversary set can also serve as the foundation for a larger Ace, Sabo, and Luffy collection.

Collect Related Cards

Collectors can expand the theme by collecting other cards featuring the Three Brothers from different ONE PIECE CARD GAME expansions.

This creates a character-focused collection that tells a story across multiple products.

Display the Anniversary Accessories

The leather card case and storage box can be displayed alongside the cards.

This creates a stronger visual presentation than storing every part of the product separately.

Pair the Set With Other Anniversary Products

Collectors who have other ONE PIECE anniversary merchandise can build a chronological display showing the development of the game across different milestones.

Using the Anniversary Cards for Gameplay

Although this is primarily a commemorative product, the cards can also have practical value for players.

Anniversary Leader Cards

The three Leader cards can be used by players provided they are permitted under the applicable rules and format.

Their unique designs allow players to bring the anniversary theme directly into gameplay.

Anniversary DON!! Cards

The ten DON!! Cards can also be incorporated into decks, allowing players to replace standard DON!! cards with the commemorative versions.

This is one of the best ways for an active player to enjoy the product because the anniversary theme becomes visible during actual games.

Character Cards

The included Character Cards add additional options to collections and decks depending on their specific card text and format legality.

Collectors should always check current official tournament and card legality rules when using promotional or special products competitively.

Protecting Your One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set

Because the product is designed as a premium collectible, preservation should be a priority.

Protect the Cards

Place the included cards into sleeves to reduce the risk of surface scratches, edge wear, or handling damage.

Store the Leather Card Case Properly

Keep the leather accessory away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Preserve the Storage Box

The box itself is part of the collectible package. Avoid crushing, bending, or exposing it to damp environments.

Keep the Complete Set Together

For collectors, retaining the cards, leather case, storage box, and packaging together can make the set more meaningful and easier to display later.

Is the One Piece 3rd Anniversary Set Worth Buying?

Whether the one piece 3rd anniversary set is worth buying depends on what you want from your collection.

For a player looking strictly for the most economical way to acquire playable cards, a standard booster product or individual singles may offer better value.

For a collector who values exclusive products, the equation is different.

The anniversary set offers an experience that cannot be replicated by simply buying regular booster packs.

You receive special Leader cards, Character cards, commemorative DON!! Cards, a leather card case, and a dedicated storage box.

The Three Brothers theme adds another layer of emotional significance.

For fans of Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, that combination can make the product particularly attractive.

Common Mistakes When Buying the English Anniversary Set

Collectors should take a few precautions when shopping for this product.

Confusing Regional Products

As mentioned earlier, Japanese and English anniversary sets do not necessarily have the same contents.

Read the listing carefully and confirm that it is the English-language version.

Assuming Every Listing Is Immediately Available

Some retailers currently show preorder or sold-out status, so availability can change.

Ignoring Allocation Policies

Limited collectible products can be subject to allocation.

Some retailers explicitly warn that preorder quantities may be adjusted depending on supplier allocation.

Buying From an Unverified Seller

Premium anniversary products can attract counterfeit or misleading listings.

Use reputable retailers and verify product identification, language, contents, and manufacturer information.
